I hereby acknowledge that my decision to purchase this Takaful product is based on the information provided to me, and I have been thoroughly briefed on the product's features. I believe that it aligns with my Takaful needs and financial objectives. In addition, I fully comprehend and accept the following:
میں تصدیق کرتا/کرتی ہوں کہ اس تکافل پروڈکٹ کو خریدنے کا میرا فیصلہ مجھے فراہم کردہ معلومات کی بنیاد پر ہے، اور مجھے پروڈکٹ کی خصوصیات کے بارے میں مکمل طور پر آگاہ کیا گیا ہے۔ مجھے یقین ہے کہ - یہ میری تکافل ضروریات اور مالی مقاصد سے مطابقت رکھتا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ، میں ذیل میں دی گئی معلومات کو مکمل طور پر سمجھتا/سمجھتی ہوں اور قبول کرتا/کرتی ہوں-
a) This Takaful product is linked to the performance of underlying assets within unit-linked fund(s) and is not akin to traditional investment or savings products like collective investment schemes, mutual funds, or bank deposits.
الف ) یہ تکافل پروڈکٹ یونٹ سے منسلک فنڈز کےتحت بنیادی اثاثوں کی کارکردگی سے وابستہ ہے اور یہ کوئی خالص سرمایہ کاری یا بچت کی پروڈکٹ نہیں ہے جیسے کہ اجتماعی سرمایہ کاری اسکیمیں، میوچل فنڈز، یا بینک ڈپازٹس
b) This is a Regular Contribution product, requiring me to make regular contributions on a Selected mode monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly basis for the selected plan term (only applicable to regular products).
ب) یہ ایک ریگولر کنٹریبیوشن پروڈکٹ ہے جس کے تحت میں نے جوریگولر کنٹریبیوشنز ادائیگی کی مدت منتخب کی ہے اس کے مطابق: ماہانہ /سہ ماہی / ششماہی ، یا سالانہ بنیاد پرکنٹریبیوشن ادا کرنے کا پابند ہوں ۔ (صرف ریگولر کنٹریبیوشن پروڈکٹ کے لیےلاگو ہے ۔
c) I understand that I bear the investment risk associated with this policy, and the cash value of the policy may fluctuate based on the performance of the chosen underlying fund(s). The actual maturity or surrender values may be either lower or higher than the projected figures.
ت) میں سمجھتا/سمجھتی ہوں کہ اس پالیسی سے وابستہ سرمایہ کاری کے رسک مجھے خود برداشت کرنے ہیں، اور پالیسی کی قدر نقد (کیش ویلیو)منتخب کردہ بنیادی فنڈز کی کارکردگی کی بنیاد پر کم و بیش ہو سکتی ہے۔ اصل میچورٹی یا دستبرداری کی ویلیو تخمینہ شدہ اعداد و شمار سے کم یا زیادہ ہو سکتی ہیں۔
d) I acknowledge that the policy incurs certain fees and charges, which are deducted to cover the Takaful risk associated with the policy.
د) میں تسلیم کرتا/کرتی ہوں کہ یہ پالیسی کچھ فیسوں اور اخراجات کے تابع ہے، جو پالیسی کے تحت تکافل رسک کو پورا کرنے کے لیے منہا کئے جاتے ہیں۔-
e) I have viewed a brief audio-visual presentation outlining the key features of this product.
ڈ) میں نے پروڈکٹ کی کلیدی خصوصیات کے بارے میں ایک مختصر آڈیو ویژول پیشکشں دیکھی ہے۔
